Superteck sees everything and makes sure everything is done properly. At the start of the project, we conduct a complete review of the architect’s plans, specifications, and data sheets. Our experts provide feedback and suggest alternative or equivalent materials, as needed. Our job is to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications, the scope of work, and all manufacturer specifications and other data sheets. We see that systems and assembled materials meet the performance criteria they were designed for.

We supervise the installation of all materials and monitor each step of the project in real time. In the event of a dispute, we immediately notify the architect, the architect’s representative, or the owner so corrective measures can be taken right away.

Here’s how we monitor the quality of work and materials:

• Assign an experienced technician to visually inspect the work
• Keep a record of work completed and the weather conditions
• Take photographs of each step required to fulfill the contractor’s mandate
• Take precise daily measurements and dimensions of work completed
• Produce daily reports and email them to the file manager
