They are also able to intervene in the event of an emergency and remove snow from roofs.
The Superteck Group, led by entrepreneur Sylvain Lortie, includes Superteck Experts-Conseils as well as other subsidiaries specializing in commercial roof maintenance, such as Millenium and Ingétec, consolidating its expertise and ability to meet a wide range of roof maintenance and repair needs. This merger allows the company to offer turnkey solutions to property managers and owners of industrial buildings, ranging from slope insulation to fall protection for all types of building roof projects.
With more than 40 years of expertise, Superteck is positioned as a local company, forging relationships of trust with its customers and partners, and is run with the passion and entrepreneurial vision inherited from the Lortie family.

Michel Lortie founds Les Entreprises Millenium Plus Inc., a consulting firm specializing primarily in worksite supervision.
Michel’s son, Sylvain Lortie, joins the family business to handle growth and development while working as a technical supervisor and project manager.
A new division, Contrôle technique Super-teck Inc., is created following a complete restructuring of operations.
Sylvain accepts a position as technical manager with a world-renowned roofing manufacturer.
2017 was a pivotal year for the company. After more than 23 years of dedicated service, Michel decided to gradually step down. His son Sylvain came back to take over.
With a new generation at the helm, the company rejuvenated its brand image, communications tools, and service lineup. The best management tools and state-of-the-art technology became the new norm, and the company adopted a new vision. Going forward, its mission would be to provide clients across the country with top-to-bottom, comprehensive roofing and building envelope services.
As the new president, Sylvain Lortie has taken Superteck national and made the company a one-stop shop for building envelope supervision and maintenance.
The Symbios Connect client platform is one of the innovations of which we’re most proud. We started using it in March 2019 to coordinate work across all our divisions. We also use it to manage and dispatch roofing, structural, and other emergency building envelope services nationwide.
