All information that could identify an individual (e-mail address, telephone number, financial information, mailing address, etc.) is referred to as “personal information”.
Your personal information is collected in several ways by Superteck-Experts Conseils Inc. These can be transmitted, either via our website, or by telephone. They can also come from a contest, a newsletter subscription or our social media platforms.
We only collect personal information that is necessary to provide our services. This information includes:

• Your street address;
• Your phone number;
• Your email address;
• Your payment information;
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your race, ethnicity, political opinion or religious belief.
We use your personal information to provide services and communicate with you about those services. In some cases, this information may be shared with trusted partners of Superteck Experts-Conseils Inc. to ensure the provision of services. Only the service providers involved in your mandate will receive this information, and only if they need it to ensure the smooth running of your mandate. We may also use your personal information to send you promotional offers and information about our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Also, it is also important to know that Superteck Experts-Conseils Inc. is not responsible for the use and disclosure of personal information that you provide yourself to the third parties concerned for your mandate, during or after your mandate.
We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. We limit access to your personal information to those employees who need the information to provide services and to service providers who need it for the proper conduct of your mandate.
Your personal information is retained by the Company only for the time corresponding to the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If we no longer have a legitimate business interest in continuing to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or if it is not possible to do so (because, for example, your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will store your personal information securely and ensure that it ceases to be processed until it is possible to delete it.
The Privacy Officer will contact you within thirty (30) days of receiving your email.
In the event of a serious confidentiality incident, Superteck Experts-Conseils Inc. will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as well as the persons concerned by the incident.
