Also, it is also important to know that Superteck Experts-Conseils Inc. is not responsible for the use and disclosure of personal information that you provide yourself to the third parties concerned for your mandate, during or after your mandate.
We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. We limit access to your personal information to those employees who need the information to provide services and to service providers who need it for the proper conduct of your mandate.
Your personal information is retained by the Company only for the time corresponding to the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If we no longer have a legitimate business interest in continuing to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or if it is not possible to do so (because, for example, your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will store your personal information securely and ensure that it ceases to be processed until it is possible to delete it.
The Privacy Officer will contact you within thirty (30) days of receiving your email.
In the event of a serious confidentiality incident, Superteck Experts-Conseils Inc. will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as well as the persons concerned by the incident.
